This rifle is built with a 26" octagon barrel, fitted with an adjustable leaf rear sight and fixed blade front sight, a classic and highly desirable configuration on an early 1886.

The rifle features the sought-after deluxe checkered straight grip stock and matching deluxe checkered forearm, details that elevate collector appeal and distinguish it from standard-grade examples. It is further fitted with a steel butt plate, maintaining the proper period configuration.
