Manufactured in 1913, this Parker GHE 20 gauge is built on the desirable O-frame and remains a fine example of Parker’s golden-era production, combining classic American styling with the liveliness and balance that make the 20 gauge Parkers so enjoyable to carry and shoot. The GHE grade has long been considered one of the most practical and attractive Parker offerings—providing tasteful engraving and upgraded features while retaining the honest, field-focused character Parker was known for.

This example is fitted with 28" solid rib Damascus barrels with 2½" chambers and measured choke constrictions of .002 and .035 (IC/Full), a traditional and very effective combination for mixed upland and longer shots. The gun is equipped with double triggers and automatic ejectors, along with a splinter forearm and capped pistol grip, maintaining a clean and classic Parker game-gun layout. A recoil pad has been fitted, adding comfort while keeping the gun entirely practical for modern use.

Weighing just 6 lbs 3 oz, it is notably light in the hands and quick to mount—exactly what one hopes for in an O-frame Parker 20. Stock dimensions measure 14¾" length of pull, 2⅛" drop at heel, and 1⅜" drop at comb, offering long, shootable proportions with a comfortable field mount.

Condition is very good, showing some handling marks consistent with storage and normal use. The gun presents as an honest, well-kept Parker with excellent appeal for the collector or shooter who appreciates early Parker craftsmanship and the unmistakable beauty of Damascus barrels.

A classic Parker GHE 20 gauge from the pre-war era—light, well-balanced, and traditionally configured, with the added character and elegance that only a Damascus-barreled Parker can provide.
