A scarce and highly desirable small-bore Parker, this DHE Skeet 28 Gauge, built in 1935 on the petite OO frame, captures the fast, well-balanced feel that defines Parker’s classic skeet guns. The 26" solid rib barrels are choked Skeet In / Skeet Out (.005/.005) with 2¾" chambers, giving the gun its lively, close-range handling.
It features a single selective trigger, ejectors, beavertail forearm, straight grip, and skeleton butt—all hallmark elements of Parker’s skeet configuration. The dimensions (2½" DAH, 1 9/16" DAC, 14 1/8" LOP) reinforce the quick, instinctive mount these guns are known for.
The gun remains in excellent condition overall, showing only light handling to the wood and metal surfaces. At 6 lbs 2 oz, it balances beautifully and carries the refined feel that makes small-frame Parkers so sought after.
A handsome and well-kept example of a 1930s Parker skeet gun—equally suited for shooting or collecting.
