FAUSTI BOUTIQUE MODEL DEA BRITISH SL 28 GAUGE PATELLI ENGRAVED

An elegant Italian small-bore game gun — Fausti DEA British SL 28 Gauge, beautifully engraved by Patelli and built in the classic British sidelock style.

This refined side-by-side is fitted with 28" solid rib barrels choked Improved Cylinder and Light Full (.008 / .021) with 2¾" chambers, a practical arrangement that makes the 28 bore particularly effective for upland hunting while maintaining excellent balance and pattern versatility.

The gun is equipped with a single trigger and ejectors, along with a beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock, providing comfortable control and a slightly fuller grip profile while maintaining the graceful lines of the British-style action. The stock terminates in a recoil pad, and the gun is presented in its maker’s case.

Weighing just 5 lbs 3 oz, the gun is exceptionally lively and quick in the hands, ideal for fast upland shooting. Stock dimensions measure 2⅛" drop at heel, 1½" drop at comb, with a 14 15/16" length of pull.

Condition remains excellent, showing only minimal handling to the wood and metal finishes from careful use and storage.

A beautifully finished Fausti DEA British sidelock 28 bore, enhanced by Patelli engraving and offering the lively handling and refined craftsmanship expected from a modern Italian best-style game gun.
