D. GODOY SIDELOCK EJECTOR 20 GAUGE

A finely built Spanish sidelock — Diego Godoy Sidelock Ejector 20 Gauge, manufactured in 2000 by Diego Godoy of Choy Armas, a respected Basque maker known for producing elegant, best-quality sporting guns in the English tradition.

Built on a beautiful hand-detachable sidelock action, this gun reflects classic London-inspired architecture with modern Spanish craftsmanship. It is fitted with 28" solid rib barrels choked Modified and Full (.018 / .027) with 2¾" chambers, providing a versatile and effective setup for traditional upland shooting.

The gun is configured with double triggers and crisp ejectors, along with a beavertail forearm and straight English grip, combining excellent handling with comfortable control in the field. The stock terminates in a recoil pad, and the gun carries neutral cast, making it adaptable for a wide range of shooters.

Weighing 6 lbs 4 oz, it balances beautifully with the 28" barrels. Stock dimensions measure 2½" drop at heel, 1½" drop at comb, with a 14¾" length of pull to the center of the recoil pad.

Condition remains excellent, showing only light handling marks in the wood and some blue wear on the left barrel above the forearm consistent with careful use. The gun is presented in its oak and leather case.

An elegant Spanish sidelock 20 bore built by Diego Godoy — combining classic English styling, lively field handling, and refined Basque craftsmanship in a very attractive small-bore game gun.
