BROWNING POINTER GRADE SUPERLIGHT SUPERPOSED 410

A refined small-bore Superposed from the later Belgian production years — Browning Pointer Grade Superlight Superposed .410, engraved by Septon and Baptiste.

Manufactured in 1983, this Superlight carries 28" vent rib barrels choked Modified and Full (.008 / .015) with 3" chambers — an ideal pairing for serious .410 field work while maintaining the reach and pattern density expected from the gauge. At 6 lbs 10 oz, it balances with a smooth, deliberate swing rather than a whippy feel, giving it real shooting presence uncommon in many .410 over/unders.

The Pointer Grade engraving by Septon and Baptiste adds classic Belgian scroll and game scene treatment, elevating the gun while preserving its clean sporting character. The configuration is traditional and elegant: schnabel forearm, straight English grip, Browning butt plate, and single selective trigger with ejectors.

Stock dimensions measure 2 1/16" drop at heel, 1 3/8" drop at comb, and 14 1/4" length of pull, making it highly usable for the field or clays.

Condition remains excellent as new, showing only the faintest signs of careful storage. The gun is accompanied by its matching factory box, a desirable addition for collectors.

A late-production Belgian Superlight .410 with desirable engraving and proper barrel configuration — equally appealing to the Browning collector and the upland purist who appreciates a properly weighted small bore.
