BROWNING BELGIUM HIGH POWER SAFARI 30-06 MADE 1965

The Browning Belgium High Power Safari in .30-06, made in 1965, comes from the FN-built era when these rifles were designed around balance, reliability, and real field use rather than excess weight or ornamentation. With its 22" barrel, rear sight, and hooded front sight, the rifle remains compact and field-balanced, favoring natural handling and quick mounting.

It is fitted with Redfield bases and 1" rings, ready for optics while retaining its original lines. Safari details include an oil-finished stock, cheek piece, Browning butt plate, and sling swivel studs, all contributing to a practical hunting rifle meant to be carried and shot, not overthought.

Condition is excellent, showing only light handling from careful use and storage. At 7 lbs 11 oz with a 13¾" length of pull, it handles cleanly and predictably—exactly what made these Belgian Safaris such trusted hunting rifles.
