BERETTA MODEL 410E SILVER HAWK 20 GAUGE MADE 1951

Beretta Model 410E Silver Hawk 20 Gauge | Made 1951

An early Beretta Model 410E Silver Hawk 20 gauge, manufactured in 1951 and weighing just 5 lbs. 11 oz.—a trim, lively Italian double with classic small-bore proportions.

The gun is fitted with 27" solid rib barrels, choked Modified and Full (.021 and .030 constrictions) with 2 3/4" chambers. The underside of the forearm wood is correctly stamped “MODEL 410.”

Traditional features include double triggers, ejectors, splinter forearm, pistol grip stock, and the Beretta plastic butt plate.

The gun remains in very good condition, showing some handling to the wood and metal finishes consistent with age and use. It should be noted that the photographs tend to exaggerate the appearance of wear on the barrels; the finish presents better to the eye, although the photos do provide a clear representation of the existing blemishes.

Stock dimensions measure 2" DAH, 1 3/8" DAC, and 14 1/16" LOP.

At under six pounds, this early Silver Hawk has the handling characteristics that make vintage 20 gauge game guns so appealing. The combination of 1951 production, 27" barrels, ejectors, and exceptionally light weight makes this an interesting early Beretta for the upland hunter or collector of post-war Italian sporting guns.
